Hey, my name is Radu In this video I will show you how to scan your signature using only your mobile phone MS Word and a piece of paper no photoshop needed no fancy software to just the things you already use ok, lets get started To get started sign your name to a white piece of paper like I did and take a picture, maybe with your phone nothing fancy needed here you dont need a DSLR or a professional camera to do this just make sure that the text is visible and relatively crisp After this, well open Word and drag this picture into Word and then rotate it maybe a little bit seems that my Word received the image incorectly So, after this, Im gonna crop it I just want the signature, I dont need the other things So Im gonna crop it Do this really fast I think Im going to buy a mouse someday because Im using my trackpad to do this and its pretty unconfortable Im finished I see that I have only my signature here but I dont like the background that Im seeing I can remove it easil

14 May 2011 There is no bar from having different signatures, provided the particular signature used is used consistently for that particular purpose/document. It is better if you are comfortable with more than one signature. This can become a protection against forgery.
There are no laws in India that dictate terms on signature change. The most sensible move would be to immediately make an affidavit and docHub it. The affidavit should contain an attachment that provides a specimen of the old and new signature. That is it!
There is no such rule that you should have the same signature everywhere. The rule is that whatever signature you are having at a place you should be able to produce it in front of the authority if there is a suspicion.
A contract becomes binding when you agree to it, a signature is merely evidence you made the agreement. If you sign a false name and claim it wasnt you who signed the contract, you have committed fraud.

Theres nothing legally binding you to use the same signature throughout your life. However, especially when it comes to important documents like your passport or signing a deed for a house, it makes it much easier to use the same signature so it can be more easily verified.
