Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

I set my signature, but it keeps changing automatically? If your signature keeps changing and your Outlook account is linked to your place of work, especially a corporate office, chances are that IT has overridden any changes youve made to your signature.
If you want to see how its done, go directly to the video below. Open a new email message. On the Message menu, select Signature Signatures. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature. Under Edit signature, compose your signature.
You will find that sometimes you get your email back and the font in your signature has changed.
