Select the worksheet that you want to link to in the Or select a place in this document field. Enter the cell address in the Type the cell reference box if you want to link to a certain cell of another worksheet. Get data from other sheets in your spreadsheet Type = followed by the sheet name, an exclamation point, and the cell being copied. For example, =Sheet1! A1 or =Sheet number two! B4 .
