you hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here with another quick tutorial in todayamp;#39;s itamp;#39;s warmer so you guys had to change the order or rearrange slides and microsoft powerpoint so this should hopefully be a pretty straightforward tutorial and without further ado letamp;#39;s jumping into it so letamp;#39;s say I have my number 3 slide right here and I want to instead make that my number 2 slide all you have to do is just drag number 3 so Iamp;#39;m gonna just left-click on the slide on the Left pane here one time and Iamp;#39;m just gonna drag it up by left clicking and holding down my left mouse pointer and Iamp;#39;m gonna just drop it in between 1 and 2 here and once I drop it this will become the new two and the former two will be dropped down to number three so pretty straightforward tutorial guys Dubai was able to help you out and I do look forward to catching you all in the next tutorial goodbye

To invite other people to access your PowerPoint file and collaborate, take these steps: With the presentation open, select the Share button in the top right corner of the ribbon. If you have not yet stored your presentation to OneDrive or SharePoint in Microsoft 365, a message will direct you to do so.
On the Design tab, pick a theme with the colors, fonts, and effects that you like. To apply a different color variation of a particular theme, in the Variants group, pick a variant.
On the ribbon, select Share. If your presentation isnt already saved to OneDrive, youll be prompted to save it there. In the Send Link dialog box, do the following: Enter the names or email addresses of the people you want to share with.
Click Review Compare, and then click Compare. In the Choose File to Merge with Current Presentation box, find the version of your presentation that you saved to the shared location, click it, and then click Merge. Note: The Revisions task pane opens to display all comments and changes made by reviewers.
To change the current theme to another theme: On the DESIGN tab, in the Themes group, click More. Do one of the following: Under Custom, choose a custom theme to apply. Under Office, click a built-in theme to apply. Click Browse for Themes, and locate and click a theme.
Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation, point to Restrict Access, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permission dialog box, select Restrict permission to this presentation, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user.
To find a theme to use in your presentation, click the Design tab, click a theme, and see how it previews on the slide. You can further customize the theme by changing the fonts, colors, and background colors on the Design tab.
Its easy to change some or all of the colors to suit your needs. From the Design tab, click the drop-down arrow in the Variants group.
