You can drag an area with your mouse, hold down SHIFT and click in two cells to select all the ones between them, or hold down CTRL and click to add individual cells. Then type in your selected text. Set up a shared workbook Click the Review tab. Click Share Workbook in the Changes group. On the Editing tab, click to select the Allow changes by more than one user at the same time. In the Save As dialog box, save the shared workbook on a network location where other users can gain access to it.
Collaborate in Excel Select. Share on the ribbon. Or, select File Share. Note: If your file is not already saved to OneDrive, youll be prompted to upload your file to OneDrive to share it. Select who you want to share with from the drop-down, or enter a name or email address. Add a message (optional) and select Send.
