[Music] today im going to show you how to add a custom background image to your mister by default you either see a tv noise background or this transparent background im going to show you how to exchange it for custom background on your sd card in the root folder you want to put a menu.png or jpeg file now ive prepared a few files already but you can add any background you like this one here is a file that i pre-installed on one of my sd cards in the middle you can see the space where the menu goes so you may want to keep that empty or darker but you dont have to important to know is that you need a specific aspect ratio which will be 16 by 9 and by default it should be 1920 by 1080 pixels so for this tutorial ive prepared a little background its from samurai showdown and ive added a mr fpga logo you can see in the middle where the menu goes ive darkened everything a little bit you can do this in photoshop or or some other photo editing software and again this one is 1920x1080 p
