You can upload your photo on the My Photo page of My Manchester. If you have any issues when uploading your, you can email your photo and your student ID number to ssc@manchester.ac.uk for assistance.
The name on your diploma must be the same as on your University record. If needed, you may submit a Change of Personal Information form through the Registrars Office, Registration and Records Division prior to requesting your replacement Diploma.
To change/update your legal/primary name on file, you will need to submit a Service Request through your student/alumni portal. No request for change of name will be processed without acceptable documents. Acceptable documents are defined as follows: Birth certificate.
Mail to: Office of Registration, Residency Transcripts, University of Arizona, PO Box 210066, Tucson AZ 85721-0066. Email to Reghelp@arizona.edu - please include all documents as attachments. Fax the documents to 520-621-8944, all documentation must be legible if sent by fax.
Change your password To change your IT account password, sign into the IT Account Manager. Click Update in the row that contains University Password and follow the instructions on the page. Once you have done this, if you are using a University computer, re-start it.
If you change any of your personal details you must inform the University and UKVI. You should visit or send an email to the Student Services Centre and explain the change and attach scans of any relevant evidence.
Change of Course or Resitting a Year After your course has started please let us know about any changes to your course and we will inform Student Finance - email the Student Loans Liaison Team at ssc@manchester.ac.uk with your ID number and the details of the change.
Navigate To: Campus Community Personal Information (Student) Biographical (Student) Names. You will need to select the Correct History option if you are going to be making a change to an existing name. Please contact your Senior School Administrator for assistance if you do not have access to this function.
