However not everybody knows all the different things that it can do. Let me start off with a simple one. You can get the word count of your document by simply going to View, then Show Word Count or Shift Command W. This brings up the word count at the bottom of the screen. It tells you the word count of the entire document. But if you select some text it will tell you the word count of just that selection. On the toolbar go to Comments Tab Sanitize. Select the comment properties you would like to remove or replace. Select to anonymize all comments or only comments from a specific author. Click apply to make the changes.

Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar. , then choose Turn Off Tracking. You must either accept or reject all changes before you can turn tracking off.
When you want to see whos changing what in your document, click REVIEW Track Changes to turn on Track Changes. To turn off Track Changes, click the Track Changes button again.
Change Pages settings on Mac Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). To see each group of settings, click General, Rulers, or Auto-Correction at the top of the window.
