Iamp;#39;m the director of the Prison Yoga Project New Hampshire chapter and joining me is my friend, Kate, weamp;#39;re going to show you some different breathing techniques that might help a little bit of relaxation during these times. So the first one weamp;#39;re going to review is a general breath of youamp;#39;re feeling overwhelmed. This is a really good one to help. So Iamp;#39;m going to start first by just noticing your breath. So allowing your body to take a natural inhale and a natural exhale. So take a moment to, again, just breathe in the way the body naturally needs to take breath in. And when youamp;#39;ve taken in that breath, let the body gently release. And as you start to feel connecting to that breath, extend your inhale a little bit and pause at the top of that breath and then release a little bit more slowly and try that two more times.
