How to use Scribble for free drawing when editing a Word document in WPS Writer? Step 1: Open the Word document in WPS Writer. Step 2: Get into the Insert tab click Shapes. Launch the WPS Office software on your Windows PC and open the PDF file to which you fancy adding notes. Once the PDF opens in WPS Office, click on the Comment tab at the top of the screen.
