hi there john monroe here if you find yourself repeating steps every time you start new files then i really want you to think about starting to create templates so you can start with already elements created on your document so here iamp;#39;ve got a document and i this is in microsoft word and iamp;#39;ve gone into the header i just did a double click here iamp;#39;m in the header and i inserted my logo and then i am double clicking iamp;#39;m getting back into the document and now i want to save this as a template file with my logo already built in letamp;#39;s look at another thing before we do that letamp;#39;s go to the design tab and make sure iamp;#39;ve got the theme that i want this includes my styles my fonts my colors because i want all of my branding colors like even when i go to the home tab i want to see those theme colors everywhere i go or if i were to insert a shape and draw something in when i go to look at the shape fill i want my brand colors and i bet you do
