Now in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote you can select text and change things about it. Change the Font. Change the size, change the style. But there are some advanced options hidden behind a single button in those three apps. So here I am in Pages. Now if I select some text, say here in the body of a word processing document, or if I create a text box and select some text in there I can go to the Format sidebar and then under Style I can change things about the text. For instance I can change the font thats being used. I can change the size and I could change things like the exact style thats used. I have quick access to certain things like Bold

Open Pages on your Mac, and then create a new document. Click the Format icon at the top of the window, as shown below. In the sidebar, in the Spacing section, change the value in the the Lines field to 2, as shown below. (You could also specify another option, such as 1.5 lines.)
Make characters superscript or subscript in Pages on iPad Select the text you want to change, then tap . Tap. in the Font section of the controls. If you dont see text controls, tap Text or Cell. Tap a baseline option (superscript or subscript).
To adjust kerning between a letter pair: Using the Pointer Tool, click between the two characters for an insertion point. To increase space (positive kerning), press Ctrl+Alt++. To decrease space (negative kerning), press Ctrl+Alt+-. Choose the Kern submenu from the Format menu (or right-click Text FormatKern).
Click the Format button on the top right of the Pages window. In the sidebar that opens, under Font, click the Show advanced options button (gear icon). Use the arrows to change the Character Spacing. As you click the arrows up or down, you can see your text automatically adjust.
