when evaluating a logarithm what you want to do is make sure the base and the argument are the same thing and your final answer would be the exponent so as you can see the 1.25 is a decimal so Iamp;#39;m going to convert that into a fraction of 5 over4 the argument of 64 over 125 can be reduced down into smaller numbers so Iamp;#39;m going to write the 64 as 4 cubed and the 125 as 5 cubed next thing you want to do is bring that 4 cubed over 5 cubed inside bracket and raised to the^ of 3 so you have Log 5 4 of 4 5 cubed and as you can see the 5 over 4 is the reciprocal of the 4 over 5 so you could use an exponent Rule and change the 4 over 5 and raise it to the power of 1 giving log 54 of 54 -3 now we could see the base is the same as the argument so that means our final answer is the exponent of -3

The whole point of using Base64 is to convert arbitrary bytes to text, but compression does the inverse - it outputs arbitrary bytes! However, from this very quick and dirty test we can conclude: The Base64 size is 4/3 times larger than the original size, as expected.
What is Radix 64 Encoding? Radix 64 encoding allows binary data stored in octets (i.e. bytes) to be expressed as printable characters.
A form of base64 is also used to pass arbitrary data as part of a URI. Thankfully, encoding and decoding base64 is fast.
At the same time, base64 is a costly instrument. It makes data about 33% larger in terms of memory usage. So base64 is one of these little things that make software slow. Thats why you should use it only when its absolutely necessary.
Base64 is not encryption. But yes, different input strings will always encode to different Base64-encoded strings, and the same input string will always encode to the same Base64-encoded string. Its not a hash though, so small changes in the input will only result in small changes in the output.
Base64 encoding causes an overhead of 3337% relative to the size of the original binary data (33% by the encoding itself; up to 4% more by the inserted line breaks).
Base64 has been around forever, and hex has docHubly lower information density than it - consistently more than 30% smaller. Hex has lower information density, however it is more compressible, particularly if your data is byte aligned.
Unfortunately its not completely safe. There are only 62 characters that are guaranteed to have no special meaning in all systems. They are digits, English small letters, and English capital letters. You need 2 more characters for base64.
