How to print selected cells in Google Sheets Open the Sheets document you wish to print. Highlight the cells you want to print. Hit Ctrl + P on a PC, or Command + P on a Mac, or go to File, then select Print at the very bottom of the list. In Print options, choose selected cells.
On the toolbar, click View, then click an option. Exit full screen. Show print layout: This option is only available in Google Docs that are in pages format. See your headers, footers, and margins between pages as if youd printed the document.
Below are the examples of what you should enter in each case. To jump to a specific range (lets say A1:A100), enter A:A100 in the search box. To jump to a specific row (lets say the second row), enter 2:2 in the search box. To jump to a specific column (lets say the B column), enter B:B in the search box.
Change page orientation or paper size On your computer, open a spreadsheet at sheets.google.com. At the top, click File. Print. Under Orientation, choose Landscape or Portrait. Under Paper size, choose the size of paper you want to print on. To add a custom paper size, choose Custom size and enter a height and width.
You can click and drag cells or hold the Shift key while you click on the range of cells. After you select the range of cells, click the printer icon in the toolbar to access Sheets printer settings. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (Windows/Chrome OS) or Cmd+P (macOS) to get there instead.
Click File Print From the top toolbar select File to expand the menu. Select Print located at the bottom of this menu. Alternatively you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P (Cmd ⌘ + P on Mac).
On the worksheet, click and drag to select the cells you want to print. Select File Print Print. To print only the selected area, in Print Options, select Current Selection. If the print preview shows what you want printed, select Print.
