hey guys this is Chad hson from when I work and I wanted to take a few minutes to show you the new shift acknowledgement feature that we recently rolled out and just go through it really quick and and show you how it helps give you better visibility into knowing whether or not your employees have acknowledged their schedule yet or theyve or theyve seen what youve published and that kind of thing um so to go through it really quick theres theres three key things to be aware of in the shift acknowledgement feature uh the first one is youll notice that next to uh two of my employees here Ive got green uh check mark icons next to their profile pictures so that simply tells me that the employee has acknowledged their shifts theyve seen their schedule and they theyve pushed a button thats acknowledging that theyve seen it and when I put my mouse over it it tells me as such that Karen has acknowledged all shifts I can go down to uh to Garrett here and Ive got a gold icon with some
