In this video, I will walk you through the process of making a decision and informing authors of a manuscript that has gone through the structured review process. Structured review consists of a set of core questions that guide reviewers throughout the peer review process and provide clear information to editors and authors. Please note that there are two different sets of core questions for research article and review article types. However, the core questions apply for all disciplines. Journals might add extra specific questions to these two sets. From the required reviews complete folder, access the manuscript for which a decision needs to be made. Go to the decision page by clicking on the Submit Editors Decision and Comments action link. Select a decision term from the drop-down menu.
