[Music] to get started I have a video here that doesnt quite fit in the frame the easiest way to fix this is to stretch out your video you can do this by right clicking the video clip and selecting set the frame size or scale the frame size you can also adjust the scale manually by selecting your video clip and going up to effect controls then select motion so that you can see handles around your video now just drag one of the corner ones to stretch out your video okay this looks good but lets say you want to change the frame size of your whole sequence rather than stretching out your video to do this make sure your video clip is selected on the timeline and go up to sequence select sequence settings now change the frame size to the original resolution of a video in this case mines 1280 by 720 then hit OK in both of the pop ups alright and now my video fits properly in the frame without stretching it out okay thats it for this tutorial thanks for watching and see you next time [Mus

The difference between different frame rates has to do with how the image looks. 24fps, 30fps, and 60fps all have different looks, with the main difference between each being the number of frames captured per second.
The Propagate Frame 1 option in the Layers panel also determines how the changes you make to attributes in the first frame will apply to the other frames in the same layer.

As a rule, the higher the refresh rate, the better quality the moving image. Having said that, most displays these days refresh at 60 Hz, which is adequate for the majority of users. A refresh rate of 60 displays each frame in a 60 FPS video, which is the highest frame rate usually used for streaming.
For instance if you have 60 frames for every second, you would get footage that is a lot more detailed and crisp as compared to a video that has 24 frames per second. Thus shooting a video at 60fps or higher would mean the output is as crisp and detailed as it gets.
Generally speaking, 30fps video has the best quality space-saving balance, and 60fps will keep the video with better motion graphics.
Most games already run smoothly at 30 FPS, but higher frames per second are recommended depending on the genre, since this avoids stutters.
