to start a new Google drawing you can go from your drive and select new more and then Google drawings is this available there otherwise if you wanted to type it into your web address drawings google.com see Im good there before so its Auto filling it for me but if you hadnt you could type the whole thing in its going to open up a new Google drawing now your first instruction is to change your canvas size if you remember when we talked about this the gray and white checkerboard is showing you your canvas and so under the file menu if you click and drop down to page setup thats where you can change your canvas size were gonna make it custom sized so if we click on that drop-down box well see that the last option says custom we want it to be the size of a typical piece of printer paper that means 8.5 by 11 inches which is already selected so Im going to hit OK
