There are two basic and simple ways to achieve Multiple datsource reporting in Crystal Reports. Create the main report with Database A. Insert a sub report in the main report and this Subreport would be based on Database B. Similarly add multiple Subreports to main report based on different databases.
Open the Crystal report in the Crystal Reports XI application. Select Database Set Datasource Location from the menu bar. In the Replace with section of the screen, click + next to Create New Connection. Click + next to Database Files.
Open the Database Expert (Database Database Expert) and find the table in the list on the right under Selected Tables: Right click on the table, choose Rename: Type in the new table name: Click OK when done.
