Letamp;#39;s say youamp;#39;ve got a list and you want to sort it. You want to do that in Pages. Now youamp;#39;d think there would be some option to do that in Pages but thereamp;#39;s not. Thereamp;#39;s not a way to do it in TextEdit either. You can use a third party app like TextWrangler. You can get that in the Mac App Store and you can easily sort text there. You can also, of course, sort in Numbers, a spreadsheet. Thatamp;#39;s one of the primary things it does. But letamp;#39;s say you want to keep it simple. You want to do it in Pages. Youamp;#39;ve just got this list here. There is a way to do it. Youamp;#39;re going to have to use Tables inside of Pages to do it in a similar way that you would do it in Numbers. But you donamp;#39;t have to leave the text in a table. So letamp;#39;s look at how you would do it. On the Layout tab, in the Labels group, click Data Labels, and then click the option that you want. For additional data label options, click More Data Label Options, click Label Options if its not selected, and then select the options that you want.

Add, edit, or delete data Select the chart, click Edit Chart Data, then do any of the following: Add and edit data in a data series: Click a cell in a row or column, then enter your data. Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK. Changes you make may break links to the source data on the worksheet.
