Im going to show you how you create individual workouts and generate them to an athlete. First you go into Session Templates. This is where you create your workout programs. So like usual, its right-click to select New program or New folder. Im just going to select New program. Make sure you have Individual sessions if youre creating that for individuals, otherwise its going to be Practices. Give it a name, something like this, click OK. Then this window opens up. You can always go to Settings and select number of rows. In this case a row represents a week. I can have six weeks. And columns, so this is a seven day program or a week program. You can change that also but Im just going to keep it simple, six weeks and seven days. I have it like this here. Then I go into the calendar grid and I right-click on my first day. Lets say New workout. Here Im going to find what am I going to call this. Lets call this Chest. Time frame, you can decide this, it doesnt
