In this video, the tutorial demonstrates how to use Stockholm to fill out a form in Google Classroom. First, log in to the university account and locate the form in Google Classroom. Click on the patient progress recorder form to open it. If you can't see the dot have option, connect more apps. Input the dot on the search bar and click on connect. Then, enter information in the form by clicking on the blank area for text information. You can change the font size and add more text boxes if needed.
