To sign a document using docHub Reader, first open the PDF document in the docHub Reader DC application. Click the Fill Sign button in the right pane. Click the Sign button on the toolbar and select Add Signature to add your signature to docHub Reader DC.

Signing with different pens It doesnt matter if everything else is perfect, different colours, or a fountain pen with ballpoint means the document is invalid. Both you and your witnesses must use the same pen throughout the entirety of the document including when you are dating it.
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can choose Tools Fill Sign. Once the Fill Sign tool is open, you can choose to sign yourself or request e-signatures.
Digital signing with your docHub account can be done in two ways: through the click signature or the graphic signature. The click signature is generally the most commonly used and is set by default. On the other hand, you can set up, save, and then reuse the graphic signature for each transaction.
All that needs to be is some mark that represents you. It can be a series of squiggles, a picture, or even the traditional X for people who cant read and write. As long as it records the intent of the parties involved in a contractual agreement, its a valid signature.
