When you receive an Interfolio recommendation request email, submitting your letter for the requesters is as easy as following the link in the email, clicking I accept, and uploading your letter file. Log into your Dossier account, and select Letters from the left side of your homepage.
Enter the ERAS Letter ID exactly as it appears on the Letter Request Form (LRF) and click Continue. The ERAS Letter ID is case sensitive. 3. After verifying the ERAS Application Season, Applicant and LoR Author Details, mark the checkbox at the bottom of the screen and click Upload.
Most schools provide a letter storage service via their career center or some other resource. There are also online letter holding services such as Interfolio. You can ask your letter writers to send the letter directly to the service or upload it whenever they are ready.
All documents will take up to five (5) business days to process to ERAS from the date they are uploaded through EFDO Online Services, MIDUS or the AAMCs Letter of Recommendation Portal (LoRP).
Users should upload their LoR using their own AAMC account, even if they are a designee for an author. You can create an AAMC account by using the Create AAMC Account button when attempting to sign into LoRP.

Through your school: Most universities offer to store your recommendation letters, either through the career center, pre-health advising center, or a similar service on campus. Via an online third-party letter storage service (also called a dossier service), such as Interfolio.
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE CONTENT PORTION OF YOUR APPLICATION BUT CAN CONTINUE WORKING ON OTHER SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
