administrators may upload a custom handbook and zenefits and then send the handbook either during hiring or through a bulk employee request to create a new handbook click on the hiring app next click on settings in the orange bar scroll down to employee handbook templates and select add employee handbooks template from this screen you will enter the file name and either drag and drop the file in the upload section or upload the file by clicking here finally you may then create an acknowledgement form and then click continue once the handbook is uploaded it will be ready to use for new hires or current employees
