hey everyone uh sunil here with a quick tutorial um on how to start a new page per record so in this case were going to look at this certificate we have around seven records for the customers so we want a new base for each of those customers right so our loop tag starts here and it ends over here so this the content between that will get repeated for every customer lets try this one out and see what we get so this is a template and if we were to look at the output so what we see we see that the contents between the start tag and the end tag is repeated but theyre on the same page so what we want right after the first record ends is a page break right so we want something like this for that lets go ahead and insert a page break here and see what this new template gives us all right so our result looks like what we expect but what we see is that at the end so right after the last record we get another piece break so this results in an empty pace at the end of the document right so w

In order to delete section breaks, youll need to display paragraph marks or symbols.Remove a section break If necessary, click the Home tab and then click Show/Hide in the Paragraph group. Double-click the break to select it or drag over it. Press Backspace or Delete to delete the break.
Click on the Data tab in the menu bar. Click on the Subtotal button. In the At each change in: drop-down menu, select the item between which you would like to apply breaks. Click the checkbox for that item.
View page breaks Select the row that is underneath the row where you want the page to break. Select the column that is to the right of the column where you want the page to break. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks, and then click Insert Page Break.
Press the Ctrl + Enter keys on your keyboard. Alternatively, click the Layout tab in the Ribbon and click the Breaks drop-down button. Then choose the Page option from the drop-down menu. To insert a section break that creates a new section in your document, click the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Show/Hide to show all formatting marks including page breaks. Double-click the page break to select it, then press Delete. Click Show/Hide again to hide the remaining formatting marks in the document.
You cant remove automatic page breaks, but you can prevent them from landing in awkward places, such as between lines of text youd like to keep together. You can adjust the page break settings for selected paragraphs. Select the paragraphs you want to apply the settings to. On the Format menu, select Paragraph.
