hey what is going on Party People Greg Jenkins here from house monkeypod and the other day I had a question pop up in my private Facebook Community the OG membership about uh using the nickname merge field so one of the Native fields on the contact record in keep is a nickname and if you have a nickname for someone it makes sense that that is what you would want to call them but if you dont have their nickname on file we wanted the ability to then use the first name field right and so you can see how this would be a little bit tricky because weve got two separate merge fields and we want to use this one but only if theres a value in it and if there isnt then we wanted to use this other one instead and this is a scenario I have seen come up a couple of different times in a handful of different groups but for this one I decided to record a specific response for Melissa who asked it to show her and view how you can tackle this inside of your keep Max classic account check it out what
