Disable Protected View Open Word, click on the File Menu and launch the Options Window. Select Trust Center in the left nav and choose the Trust Center Settings button in the window. Deselect the checkbox for Outlook attachments as well as for files originating from the Internet.

Remove tracked changes Click at the beginning of the document. On the Review tab, go to Changes. Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change. Repeat until youve removed all changes in the document.
To access your privacy settings, open any Office app and go to Settings Privacy Settings. This will open the Privacy Settings menu where you can select your privacy options.
Open the Microsoft Word file and click Tools. Click Options. Click the Security tab. Select Remove any personal information from file properties on save.
