foreign 525 we are going to format a press release document about a restaurant adding new items to their menu [Music] all right yall so the first thing that were going to do is create a new word document and name it press release Ive already done this and I saved it in my word folder in my H drive next were going to insert a header that has your left or your name left aligned and were going to hit enter so Im going to go insert header choose this one with the one item in the left alignment area click enter now it says to type the activity number and the title right under it in my header so Im going to type 5.25 new menu announcement and then Im going to close out of my header okay now were going to change our line spacing to single with no additional spacing before or after the paragraphs weve done this lots of times so Im going to go down to my line spacing options make sure both of these are at zero and then go single okay now were going to change our font to Times New Ro
