hi and welcome students today's tutorial will be on Microsoft Word 2016 and I'm gonna show you how to undo and redo commands and actions let's go ahead and get started so I'm gonna use this example in Microsoft Word but ctrl Z + ctrl Y which you'll learn about will work throughout the Microsoft Office suite and on your Windows 10 PC let's go ahead and get started so first thing I see here is I have a Microsoft Word document now one of the things that my students and people that are beginning to use computers for maybe the first time or maybe they're using office for the first time is they make mistakes when they are in office documents and this is this happens if you're a beginner all the way through advanced levels so one of the things that they do is they click and drag and maybe they bring the picture into the wrong spot right and so if you put the picture say in the wrong spot what you want to do is you want to undo that command you don't necessarily want to try to click and drag...
