hey guys waiting here from HT type videos today I want to show you how to get your work back if you were working on a project with Google Docs and your paper got erased as long as the file is still there for example just like this this is the paper that got erased you can get it back Im going to show you how to do that so first of all open the document you were working on some of my Google Docs opening it up this was supposed to be my final paper and its gone and nothing is here so what youre gonna do so like you might have tried like ctrl Z which ctrl Z doesnt work if youve I closed the project and reopened it but all hope isnt lost what youre gonna do is go to file and go down to see revision history and in the upper right corner right here this is your revision history and so it shows today excuse me December 2nd which doesnt really help us too much it does kind of help us theres a little bit of the paper right there but if we go down the bottom go to show more details det

Press Ctrl + Z. Your last action is undone. For example, if you had deleted an item and then decided you wanted to keep it after all, undo would make it reappear.

Steps to revert to a previous version of a Google document on Android: Tap File at the top of the Google Doc. Go to Version History A list of previous versions will appear. Select what you are looking for. The file you chose will now be open. You can see the changes made in the document.
How to Recover Unsaved Google Docs Click on File on the top left menu and click Version history and then select See version history. On the right pane, your saved editions of the files will be listed in a time view. Once decided, click on the right version and use the Restore this version button to get it back.
If you just want to change one of the last few edits you have made, you can use the Undo button just as you would with any other word processing program. Click on the undo arrow from the Google docs toolbar, or click Edit and Undo to reverse the last few changes you have made.
