I have some good news here, we just released undo/redo for the email editor today! You should find a new undo/redo button (along with keyboard shortcut support) inside your drag and drop email editor now. Hope it helps!
In most applications, you can only use Ctrl Y to redo the last action that you undid using Ctrl Z. If you want to redo multiple actions, you will need to use Ctrl Y multiple times.
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z on your keyboard, or select Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or Ctrl+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps. Note: For more information about the Quick Access Toolbar, see Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
To learn about the keyboard shortcuts in the new content editor, see Keyboard shortcut functions. To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
You can undo and redo up to 20 of your last typing or design actions in Access. To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
The Undo command is usually found in the Edit menu of a program. In most software, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z.
