Use Format Page Page to set the page size. The default page size is determined by your locale setting. For English (USA), the default page size is 8.5 x 11.
Go to the Layout tab at the top of the screen. Click the Size button in the Page Setup group. A drop-down menu with several page sizes will appear. Choose one that fits your needs or select More Paper Sizes.
If it is the Drawing scale dropdown field in Tools - Options - Draw - General, you should be able to select from the dropdown, or type in any scale you desire if it is not already available.
