Cancel Signature Open an Account, Opportunity, etc. and scroll to the CLM Files section of the page. Check the box to the right of the file that was sent for signature. Click the Cancel Signature tile in the right-hand tile menu. A green banner announces: Cancellation request sent to esignature vendor.
