Contact us
Outlook for Windows Open Outlook. From the File tab, choose Options, then Trust Center, and then Trust Center Settings. Select Email Security. Uncheck Add digital signature to outgoing messages. Next to Default Setting, select the Settings button. Select OK twice.
Simply: Head to your signature. Right-click. Select Clear Signature.
For security reasons, youre only allowed to remove your own signature. If someone else has already signed the PDF, the only way to remove their signature is to ask the signer to edit the document.
Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature. Click the signature you want to remove. Click Delete. Delete. At the bottom, click Save Changes.
