hello everybody my name is Erin and Im gonna show you how to fix this screen you cant do anything period you cant put in any user name it doesnt matter what you do youre stuck this is after clean installed for myself is to be showing up at any time for you its what you have to do is you have to go down to the bottom corner here so were gonna hold shift and hit restart now we immediately get a window here that says what you want to do we want to troubleshoot then we want to go Advanced Options that we want to go to see more Recovery Options you have changed startup behavior and then hit restart this is gonna boot us into a menu where you can select safe mode so after a quick reboot were in this menu ready hit the number four because and its gonna boot us into safe mode were loading in right now I was administrator in safe mode I got this fun error telling me that I cant find its own desktop but if we make it into Windows you press on the keyboard the windows are and the lett

Once the screen comes on, try the following: Tap the F8 key as soon as the system restarts. This must be done even before the Dell logo comes on. F8 should take you to the Advanced Boot Options menu. Head over to the Dell Factory Image Restore option. The device factory reset process will begin.
