i train forearms every day for 30 days so i asked you guys what muscle group i should train every day for 30 days and you said to train forearms comment what muscle you want me to train next and iamp;#39;ll do the top comment to start with i already had decent forearms from previous training i did 5 sets of wrist curls and reverse wrist curls to failure making sure to do partial reps to hit all parts of the forearm after the 30 days i can definitely see some improvement in size but i might have lost some vascularity by bulking too hard
