Imagine trying to use words to describe every scene in a film, every note in your favorite song, or every street in your town. Now imagine trying to do it using only the numbers 1 and 0. Every time you use the Internet to watch a movie, listen to music, or check directions, thats exactly what your device is doing, using the language of binary code. Computers use binary because itamp;#39;s a reliable way of storing data. For example, a computeramp;#39;s main memory is made of transistors that switch between either high or low voltage levels, such as 5 volts and 0 volts. Voltages sometimes oscillate, but since there are only two options, a value of 1 volt would still be read as amp;quot;low.amp;quot; That reading is done by the computers processor, which uses the transistors states to control other computer devices ing to software instructions. The genius of this system is that a given binary sequence doesnamp;#39;t have a pre-determined meaning on its own. Instead, each type of

Solution 1: In example 1, The binary of 6 is 110 if we reverse 110 then we will get 011 which is the binary of 3. So, all we have to do is to convert the decimal number(base 10) into binary(base 2) and then reverse the binary number and then convert it into decimal.
Remember that in binary 1 is on: and 0 is off. Choose the binary number that you want to decode. Give each number a value, starting from the extreme right. For example, using the number 1001001, 1=1, +0=2, +0=4, +1=8, +0=16, +0=32, +1=64.
Write down the binary number. Assign positions to each digit from right to left (0, 1, 2, ). Multiply each digit by 2 raise to its position and sum up the results. Binary 11001 is equal to decimal 25.
Here we use the flip() of bitset to invert the bits of the number, in order to avoid flipping the leading zeroes in the binary representation of the number, we have calculated the number of bits in the binary representation and flipped only the actual bits of the number.
Explanation: The test() function takes an integer n as input. It converts n to its binary representation using bin(n). The binary representation is reversed using [::-1] and the prefix 0b is removed by [:-2]. The reversed binary representation is then converted back to an integer using int(reversedbinary, 2).
We can translate this approach to code by taking the following steps: Convert the input integer to a string. Reverse the string. Convert the reversed string back to a number. If the number is within 32-bit range, return 0 , otherwise return the number.
