all right I think were recording hi everybody welcome to this weeks STW one convert rule if youre here with us like Kristen and marina are welcome and thanks for being with us and if youre gonna be joining afterward and watching the recording we appreciate you spending the time with us and coming in and taking a look so this week we know the weather is getting warmer its harder and harder for all of us to stay focused on the work that we need to do as teachers and of course thats a challenge that our students are going to have as well and so as engagement starts to wane one of the things weve talked about as a team every time that we have worked with groups around blended learning and virtual learning is that engagements really willful they have to want to choose to do whatever it is that theyre doing or whatever youre putting in front of them and so we have to start thinking about what we can do to bring them in encourage them to participate even if theyre not live with us
