Open your mail account (Gmail/Outlook) and go to the Sent folder. Now select the email that you want to delete. How do I cancel an email sent by mistake? In your mail, open the Sent view. Select the message. Above the message list, click Recall Message. If the message was sent to more than one recipient, select the recipients to recall the message from.
