Correct answer is Quick access toolbar. The Quick Access Toolbar provides access to frequently used commands, and the option to customize the toolbar with the commands that you use most often. By default, the New, Open, Save, Quick Print, Run, Cut, Copy, Paste, Undo, and Redo buttons appear on the Quick Access Toolbar.
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z on your keyboard, or select Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or Ctrl+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps. Note: For more information about the Quick Access Toolbar, see Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
Undo is a U turn backward, redo is a U turn forward. It indicates that you are returning to a place youve already been, either forwards (redo) or backwards (undo). The refresh button being a near circle indicates that you are doing something and returning right where you started, neither forwards nor backwards.
Undo allows you to take back data entry changes by storing a collection of data maintenance actions. Redo lets you restore the change that was undone. Under certain circumstances, for example, when you change to a different client, the collection of actions ends and you can no longer use undo or redo.
After we edit the document, we can click the Undo bottom in the upper left corner of the page. We can also use the shortcut key Ctrl+Z to undo the operation. Click the inverted triangle button on the right side of Undo.
To learn about the keyboard shortcuts in the new content editor, see Keyboard shortcut functions. To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
Upon pressing the UNDO key Ctrl + Z, it will return the previous action, which means we will get back formulas. Since one action is undone now, we can perform the REDO action of going forward to the paste special values action using the shortcut key CTRL + Y or pressing the icon on QAT.
