There is no option like undo in Qualtrics. But you have an option called Versions as shown in below screenshot: Once you go to Version history you will see the last time you have published and you can select the version which you want to use.
Qualtrics will often allow you to undo a change by using Ctrl + z or Cmd + z (for Mac); however, not all actions are undoable.
Qualtrics cannot recover any deleted answers. If you accidentally delete a Project or a question without responses, Qualtrics support can help you to recover this information. unfortunately, the only entry that cannot be recovered is any answer or response.
This feature is specifically designed to keep a history of your survey changes and is a good tool to use when you need to revert to an earlier version or check what changes have been made since you last published your survey. Where to find this feature: Navigate to the Survey tab and click Tools. Highlight Versions.
How Should You End A Survey? A survey should never finish on an open-ended question. You should take the time to thank your audience for taking the time to answer your questions. A good idea is to remind them of the purpose of the survey and how it will benefit them in the long term.
- To close an active survey, click Close on the dropdown menu. This does not delete the survey, it only closes it to new responses. - To re-open a closed survey, click Activate on the dropdown menu. - To delete a survey project, click Delete Project on the dropdown menu.
From your survey go to Tools / Versions / View Version History and see if you can Restore a version from before you deleted the questions.
