here I have a document the two other colleagues have reviewed for me Iamp;#39;ve walked through the document and accepted or rejected the tracked changes and now I want to publish this document I can open up the reviewing pane just to make sure that I have no more remaining revisions another great way to make sure that you donamp;#39;t have any hidden comments or changes is to inspect the document go to the file tab click check for issues and select inspect document here I can choose to check for comments revisions versions and annotations Iamp;#39;ll just remove the other check boxes and click inspect here I can see that no items were found so I can be sure that there are no hidden revisions here so now my document is ready for publishing

Anonymizing a Word document In the tabs at the top of the document window (Home, Insert, etc.), click Review - Protect - Protect Document. Check the box for: Remove personal information from this file on save Save the document.

Place the mouse cursor over Prepare to reveal the Prepare the Document for Distribution menu. Click Inspect Document. Click Inspect. The Document Inspector will scan your file for personal information. Click Remove All if Document Inspector finds personal information in your file.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
How do I Remove it? Step 1: Open Your Finalized Word Document. Step 2: Click on File in the Top Banner. Step 3: Click the info option. Step 4: Select the Check for Issues Step 5: Select the Inspect Document Step 6: Make Sure that the Boxes You Want Checked Are Checked. Step 7: Click the Inspect Button.
Click on Inspect down in the bottom right corner. It will return the results, and the one you are concerned with is Document Properties and Personal Information. If you want to get rid of it, click on Remove All. Click on Close.
Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document. Notes: The following personal information is removed from your file: In document properties, the properties Author, Manager, and Company on the Summary tab, and Last saved by on the Statistics tab.
On the Word menu, click Preferences. Under Personal Settings, click Security . Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document. Notes: The following personal information is removed from your file:
