If youd like a refund on a purchase you made using Zip as your payment method, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly, and follow their normal returns process.
At least 24 hours before an installment is due, you can update your payment date in the Zip app. Your first payment date change in a calendar month is free however any subsequent changes within that same month will incur a $2 fee. The free payment date change resets automatically on the 1st of each month.
