What should I do if I forget my password? On the login screen, select Password as the authentication method and tap Reset Password. Provide your account details. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Log in using the temporary password sent to your registered email address.
You can access your online banking account using a username, password and sometimes your customer reference number. However, your online banking credentials can not be used to log into your mobile banking app.
