very often when working with spreadsheets youre going to find yourself making mistakes fortunately with spreadsheets you always have the option to undo or redo the changes that you just made now I have here data for income expenses and profit for the year all of the income and expenses data was entered manually the remaining of the data is just formulas and functions so lets say I just realized that the data entered here is wrong I took it from the wrong data set and I want to delete it I dont want to delete my formulas because the formulas still are going to work I just need to delete the numbers so I selected them all I deleted and then I started to type in my new data set halfway through I realize oh oh no the data set that I had before was actually right so I want to revert back to what I had before now theres a couple of ways of doing that the first is the first and simplest is to take a cursor up left to undo and click on it each time you click it its going to reverse your

You cannot delete manual page breaks when Track Changes is turned on. To turn off Track Changes: Go to the Review tab in the Ribbon. Click Track Changes Track Changes in the Tracking group.
To delete a vertical page break, select the column to the right of the page break that you want to delete. To delete a horizontal page break, select the row below the page break that you want to delete. Note: You cannot delete an automatic page break.
Press Ctrl+Shift+8 (⌘+8 on a Mac). Now you can select the page break and delete it.
How to delete a Page Layout Go to System Settings Objects and Fields. Click the object that contains the layout you want to delete. From the Object Management list, select Page Layouts. Click the three dots on the right and select Delete This Layout. Select a replacement layout from the dropdown.
First, if its a custom field and youre just trying to get rid of it, select Fields Relationships from the left-hand column. Then, find the field youd like to delete and click the menu arrow on the right-side of its row. Then select Delete from the drop-down menu.
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z. If you prefer your mouse, click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or CTRL+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps.
Now, to remove the manually inserted page break you need to click on the cell to the left and upside of which you want to remove the manually inserted page break and click on the Remove Page Break option. At this point, the manually inserted page break has been removed.
Click the Layout or Page Layout tab. Next, click Breaks in the Page Setup section. In the Line and Page Breaks tab, choose the settings you want to apply. Turn these all off to reduce automatic page breaks.
