hi and welcome to another episode of computer fundamentals so whether youre beginner at computers or an expert everybody makes mistakes today thats what were talking about is making mistakes and how to undo those mistakes so the main thing is to keep calm and control-z now what does that mean exactly basically your computer does have programs that youve run and most of these programs if not all of the ones that you use will have an undo command on them so lets talk about how to actually use that undo command and then well talk about what it does so if youre using a Windows PC then you do a control Z to undo any command that youve done previously while that program is open and thats what the two buttons look like you hold down the control button and then you press the Z button on a Mac its command + Z and that looks like that those are those two buttons and so moving ahead if your last command was say adding or pasting text to a document then to undo that you would hold down c

Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Add, replace, move, or resize images on the page using selections from the Objects list.
How to edit a PDF file? Upload the file you want to edit. Click on a page thumbnail on the left. Choose an editing tool from the menu above the preview. Draw, write, etc. on the full-size image of your PDF. Change the color, font, stroke size, etc. by opening the Options menu on the left.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
To undo or redo changes, do any of the following: To undo a change, choose Edit Undo [name of change]. To redo a change, choose Edit Redo [name of change].
You can reverse the action of the Undo command by using the Redo command. After you have used the Undo command, from the Edit menu, select Redo or press Control+Y.
Edit a PDF Go to File Open. Find the PDF and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that its going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. After your edits, you save it as a Word doc or a PDF.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools Edit PDF Edit . Select the image or object.
After opening the PDF, try searching for a word known to be in the document (preferably a word that appears on several different pages) by clicking CTRL-F and entering the word in the Find box. If the message below appears, the document is not text-searchable.
How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Open your PDF file in Acrobat Pro. Click the Edit PDF tool on the right-hand panel. Use editing tools to add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format drop-down list. Move, add, replace, or resize images using the tools in the Objects list.
Its not possible to track changes in PDF documents in the same way that you can track changes in Microsoft Word files or using advanced redlining software. Instead, revisions made to documents in a PDF will need to be saved as a separate document, which means creating and storing multiple copies of it.
