To recover a note, simply: Open the Notes app. Go to Notes folders. Tap Recently Deleted. Tap the note you want to restore. Tap the screen, and in the popup window, tap Recover.
If youve accidentally overwritten or erased some text in a note, a quick left-swipe with three fingers will instantly undo the last action. This gesture also works in other apps, including Pages.
You can restore messages you deleted for up to 30 days. Open the Messages app on your iPhone. In the Messages conversation list, do one of the following: Tap Edit in the top-left corner, then tap Show Recently Deleted. Select the conversations whose messages you want to restore, then tap Recover. Tap Recover Messages.
After deleting a note, you have seven days to recover it. On your Android phone or tablet, open Keep . In the top-left corner, tap Menu Trash . Click or tap a note to open it. To move a note out of the trash, tap Action. Restore.
You can recover and edit notes you deleted in the last 30 days on iCloud.com or on your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID. However, you cant recover notes you permanently removed. In Notes on iCloud.com, select Recently Deleted in the folder list on the left.
One way is to open your note in the Notes app, click the Edit menu in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, and choose Undo or Redo, depending on what you want to do. Another way is to use a keyboard shortcut. To undo, press Command + Z , and to redo, press Shift + Command + Z .
Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Shift-Command-Z.
