Important: Changing your name or initials in one Office program will change your name and initials in all of the other Office programs installed on your computer. Click File Options. In the Options dialog box, change your user name and initials in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section.
Deleting a metadata template can be achieved by calling the DELETE /metadatatemplates/enterprise/:templateKey/schema API. This API returns a 204 No Content API response with no response body when the template has been successfully deleted. This API also removes all the template instances from any files and folders.
To undo actions Undo/Redo history, choose an action from the Undo list, and click Undo. Undo/Redo history, click Options, and type a value in the Number of undo/redo items box. Undo/Redo history, click Options, and enable the Save undo/Redo items with document check box.

Right-click on the file. View its Properties. If there is metadata that you would like to remove, select the Details tab. Click Remove Properties and Personal Information.
To add or remove data sources and edit permissions, go to Business settings, then Data sources.
To save a document without metadata Click File Save Without Metadata. Enable the Keep Original Document Open check box. Choose the drive and folder in which you want to save the document. In the Select Metadata To Remove area, enable any of the following check boxes: Click Save.
Examples of metadata that may be stored in WordPerfect documents include: comments and hidden text. document revision annotations. styles. undo/redo history.
