Remove all highlights and comments from text Select the text where you want to remove highlights and comments. To remove them for all body text in the document, press Command-A on your keyboard. Choose Edit Remove Highlights and Comments (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen).
How to unhighlight text in Word Launch Word and find the text you want to unhighlight. Click on the highlighter tool and select No color Click and drag over the highlighted text to unhighlight it. Select all the text in the document to unhighlight. To reapply highlighter, change the highlighter to a color.
There are a few specific PDF editors which allow users to delete the annotations through batch processing. But you can rely on UPDF. Click the Comments icon on the bottom-right corner to reveal all comments. You can select all your annotations with key Ctrl + A or Common + A and can delete them collectively.
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the document. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.

How to Find highlighted text in docHub Step 1: Open the PDF File. Open the PDF file that has highlighted text you need to find. Step 2: Click the Comments icon. In the lower-left corner, click on the Comments icon. Step 3: Select and view the highlighted text.
Select View Tab Highlight Fields from the menu. The same step will toggle the field highlights off.
